Refund policy
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if a product is defective. The defective product must be returned to us. Unless an item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, we do not accept returns or refunds.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
All items are custom made and there are no exchanges.
Refunds
No refunds will be given. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be sent a new item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
