• 16" x 16", Pillow case only, NO INSERT!

• The sublimation blanks 9 panel pillow case is designable which can make sure your pillow case can be difference to others. Use family photos, personal mottos or business logos to let the world see what's important to you.

• A personalized pillow makes a unique and thoughtful wedding, anniversary, birthday, holiday, or baby shower gift that will be remembered for years to come. It is also a perfect cushion cover for sofa, couch, chair, bed, school, travel and naps. The possibilities are endless. 

Cancellation Fee: $20 within 48 hours of submitting design. You will receive a refund for the difference.

Once a mockup is sent, you will be allowed 2 edits (One to change from the 1st mockup sent, and one additional change)

*IF you want additional edits, you will be charged a fee of $10.

*IF you choose to change photos from the original photos submitted, a change photo fee will be charged $5 for each photo swap.

All additional fees will need to be paid prior to shipping.

Once the mockup is sent, you have 24 hours to review and approve or request changes. If we do not hear from you within this time period, your item may be sent to production and shipped. If changes are needed you will have to place another order.

We try to have all orders processed within 5 to 7 business days (Normal Processing Time) However, due to the volume of orders at any given time, we ask for a Need-by date to ensure all orders are scheduled in the order in which they are needed and not necessarily in.the order that they are ordered in. 

For Expedited Service (To have your order designed AND shipped before the normal processing time of 7 business days), please SELECT AND PAY for EXPEDITED PROCESSING.

EXPEDITED PROCESSING: Includes shipping via 2-day UPS Air. It does not push your order to the front of the work-list. If you want to ensure your order is processed and shipped sooner please contact us at support@rockinvinylcreations.com.

NOTE: Rockin' Vinyl Creations tries its best to accommodate all requests within reason. Please be advised we may not be able to accommodate some changes based on the capabilities of the templates used to create your project.

We are not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order if you so choose. We will try to make reasonable accommodations to reprint your item(s) at a discounted rate (up to 50% depending on the item), but we will not ship out a replacement until the replacement fee has been paid.
